Please be aware that scammers are impersonating EPlus Broadband E-Mail Support by sending messages claiming inboxes are bouncing back with recipient’s important emails — and follows with a prompt to click a link to “recover my emails”.
DO NOT CLICK on the link or reply to the email. It is a SCAM.
If you prefer to make a payment via the USPS, use the envelope enclosed with your bill to drop your payment in the mail. Send the bottom stub portion of your bill along with your payment to Jackson Energy Authority, P.O. Box 2082, Memphis, TN 38101-2082.
