Customer Centers are open normal business hours. The lobbies will continue to have a 5-customer-at-a-time limit and per the Jackson Madison County Public Health Mandate, face coverings will be required to enter. Self-service kiosks are available 24/7 at both locations.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we understand that some of our customers are now facing challenging financial circumstances. Please click here for the Contact Us page and select "Payment Arrangements" topic in the "What is Your Question About" area.

From outside your home or business, to anywhere you go safety is important - even when it comes to your broadband services. While fiber optic cable is smaller than electric lines, it is on the same structures as electric lines. When you see a downed line of any type stay away from it and contact Jackson Energy Authority: 731-422-7500 or 888-577-6427 toll free outside Madison County.
