Customer Centers are open normal business hours. The lobbies will continue to have a 5-customer-at-a-time limit and per the Jackson Madison County Public Health Mandate, face coverings will be required to enter. Self-service kiosks are available 24/7 at both locations.

Go to www.eplus.net.
Login to your email account with your username and password.
Call 731-422-7500 to setup your account.

Go to https://myapplicationportal.com/ and login with your full email address and current password.
Click on wheel on top right of screen to access Account Settings.
Click on Manage settings.
Click on Change Password. Type current password, then type new password and verify new password.
