It is important to remember that Jackson Energy Authority employees, as well as Authorized Contractors, do not ask to enter a customer’s home unless initiated by the customer. All employees carry identification badges with them at all times. For your safety and protection, always ask to see proper identification.
Do not allow anyone claiming to be a Jackson Energy Authority employee or an authorized contractor into your home unless you scheduled an appointment and the employee provides proper identification.
