Customer Centers are open normal business hours. The lobbies will continue to have a 5-customer-at-a-time limit and per the Jackson Madison County Public Health Mandate, face coverings will be required to enter. Self-service kiosks are available 24/7 at both locations.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we understand that some of our customers are now facing challenging financial circumstances. If you are having difficulty paying your JEA utility bill by its due date, we want to help you make payment arrangements and refer you for any available assistance. Please click here for the Contact Us page and select "Payment Arrangements" topic in the "What is Your Question About" area.
Remember that if you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. If you are experiencing a power outage, gas emergency or water emergency call 731-422-7500 immediately to report it.
From time to time you may experience an issue with your utility services that needs attention but not immediately. Some non-emergency situations are often fixable without ever requiring the need for a Jackson Energy Authority technician. If you have a non-emergency problem, please contact Jackson Energy Authority customer service and support. Refer to the list below for examples of basic household utility problems.
