Currently, both JEA Customer Center locations, 351 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. and 2030 Pleasant Plains Ext., are open for walk-in service. Until further notice, hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm Lobby (with a limit of 5 customers in the lobby at one time) and 7:30am-6pm Drive Thru.

Enrollment in paperless billing is immediate and unsubscribes you from paper bills, therefore your monthly paper bills will cease. You should choose a notification type, either via email or text message and provide appropriate information to be enrolled.
