To make a one-time payment, use the unique Snap’n Pay QR Code printed on your JEA bill stub. Simply open a QR Code Reader app on your mobile device, point the camera on your device over the code to center it on your screen and the app will launch the JEA My Bill One-Time Payment page. Your 12-digit account number will be automatically populated, so follow the prompts on the screen to make your payment.
If you’d like to set up recurring autodraft payments from your mobile device, use the Snap’n Enroll QR Code printed on your JEA bill stub. Following the same steps above, the QR Code Reader app will launch the JEA My Bill Enrollment page. Again your 12-digit account number will be populated so just follow the prompts. No need to have your account number handy.
