Customer Centers are open normal business hours. The lobbies will continue to have a 5-customer-at-a-time limit and per the Jackson Madison County Public Health Mandate, face coverings will be required to enter. Self-service kiosks are available 24/7 at both locations.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we understand that some of our customers are now facing challenging financial circumstances. Across the nation, criminals have been targeting utility customers with schemes that impersonate utility companies and their actions, either by phone or electronic communications. The utility scams are intended to get your money in an urgent manner often with threats of discontinuing services to follow. For security and safety reasons, we strongly urge customers to recognize the red flags, report any instances and avoid the evolving tactics of utility scammers.
If you receive any suspicious calls or emails, please report it to the Jackson Police Department at 731-425-8400.
