Please be aware that scammers are impersonating EPlus Broadband E-Mail Support by sending messages claiming inboxes are bouncing back with recipient’s important emails — and follows with a prompt to click a link to “recover my emails”.
DO NOT CLICK on the link or reply to the email. It is a SCAM.
Across the nation, criminals have been targeting utility customers with schemes that impersonate utility companies and their actions, either by phone or electronic communications. The utility scams are intended to get your money in an urgent manner often with threats of discontinuing services to follow. For security and safety reasons, we strongly urge customers to recognize the red flags, report any instances and avoid the evolving tactics of utility scammers.
