To make a payment using the Interactive Voice Response on the Telephone, call Jackson Energy Authority at 731-422-7500. From the voice response menu, choose Option #2 (make a payment) and follow the voice prompts. Payments can be made using your checking account, savings account, credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) or debit card. You must have your 12-digit account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number to complete the transaction.
