TV - Helpful Tips
TV Service is out.
- Check cables and power cords to make sure they are plugged in correctly.
- If you have multiple devices connected to your TV, make sure your TV is on the correct input setting for your cable TV service.
- If all of your cable TV service is out, please call Jackson Energy Authority at 731-422-7500.
TV displays tiling on channels instead of clear picture.
- Check other channels to see if your TV displays tiling on those channels, too.
- Power off your TV, then turn back on to see if tiling improves.
- Check cables and power cords to make sure they are tight.
- If you experience tiling on channels instead of a clear picture, please call Jackson Energy Authroity at 731-422-7500. (Make a note of specific channels with tiling.)
TV is showing "Temporarily off air."

Trouble with TiVo®/Cable box.
- Check the batteries in your remote and replace if needed.
- Try powering off or unplugging your cable box and then power on/plug in to see if your box resets and improves. Note: This will cause an interruption with any recordings in progress.
- If you experience issues with your TiVo or other cable box, make a note of the type of box you have and call Jackson Energy Authority at 731-422-7500.

TV Everywhere account setup/sign-in.
- As an EPlus Broadband Cable TV subscriber, you must first register your account with Watch TV Everywhere.
- Go to https://www.wtve.net/
- Select "EPlus Broadband" as your TV provider
- Click on "Register". When entering your JEA account number, be sure to include the dash.

- Select "EPlus Broadband" as your TV provider
- Click on "Log In" to enter your email address and password.

- Having trouble logging in or need to reset your password? Use the steps below.
- Go to https://www.wtve.net/
- Select "EPlus Broadband" as your TV provider
- Click on "Log In"
- Click on "Forgot Email" or "Forgot Your Password"
VUIT/TiVo account setup/sign-in.
- To log in the VU-IT app, you will need the username and password that you registered with for Watch TV Everywhere. This username/password gives you access to both WTVE and VU-IT/TiVo.

- Call Jackson Energy Authority at 731-422-7500 or go to https://www.wtve.net/ to setup your login. Select "EPlus Broadband" as your TV provider and click on "Register".
